Labels Lead to Failure

Labels get you thinking about the wrong things. Instead of thinking about losing fat, building muscle, and having good energy and a healthy body, you end up thinking about whether or not you’re abiding by the rules of the label you’ve chosen to subscribe to. Vegan, Paleo, Keto, or whatever it may be.. the ultimate goal is the get you to the same healthy place, but by choosing to be dogmatic about a particular “label” or belief system, you lose sight of the end goal, and adherence itself becomes the goal. Which doesn’t necessarily guarantee the results you were originally after in the first place.

Instead of choosing one label over another and following it’s rule religiously, try exercising some common sense, take the best of everything you have access to. Why limit yourself. There is no silver bullet label to being a healthy human. There are thousands of shredded healthy people all over the world and each one has their own individual story. Some eat carbs, some don’t, some fast, some don’t, some eat meat, some don’t, Some do 3 hour workouts a day, some workout 3 hours a week. The bottom line is you are free to choose the healthy lifestyle that works best for you, and there’s no reason it needs a label. Take the best of everything and become the best version of yourself.
